  1. Just Finished the First Project – I Learned So MUCH!!!
I’ve had my 3d printer for just a few months, but I love it. I’d never worked with anything like it before, and there’s been a big learning curve for me. I knew I wanted to learn to draw for the 3d printer, but I had no idea how and even with online tutorials, I was having a hard time on my own. This book is a TERRIFIC guide. I just finished the first lesson (plant pots) and I feel like I learned SO much. I feel like I “get” it now, and that’s an amazing feeling. After all the frustration of trying to learn on my own, I am SO grateful to have found this book. It’s exactly the guide I needed! It is well written and perfectly illustrated. I can’t wait to see what else there is to discover here! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

  2. THIS IS THE BOOK YOU NEED
If you are thinking of getting a 3D printer, getting one for the holidays, or have one that you are afraid of, this is the book for you! SImple to understand, even if you are tech-challenged like I am. Lots of pictures and diagrams. I started at the end, with 3D Printing Basics. Clear information, links to tutorials, and tells you exactly what you need. Comparisons of some different equipment that Frank actually uses. Comparison of resin versus filament. Lots of solid info for the newbie. The designs included in the book are great projects in themselves, but also guide you from basic designs to more complex ones. Kudos, Frank!

  3. I’ve had my resin printer for over a year now, and have some experience with Tinkercad but I’m by no means proficient. Frank’s step by step instructions not only lead you through some really cute model designs but also teaches you tricks for making your own creations in the future. A great book for beginners and intermediates alike. Love it!!

  4. A really comprehensive detailed book taking you step by step from simpler projects to bigger more involved builds – plenty of images to help with the technical software side and lots of clear photos of the actual pieces so you know what you’re aiming at – a good Q&A section too! Whether you’re thinking of getting a 3D printer or have one sitting in a box as yet unopened and are nervous to get started – this book will help you take those initial first steps and guide you to creating some lovely completed projects 🤩👌🏻
