   As I get older time becomes more valueable and it’s going faster. So i want to make money but also have time to spend it when i’m not off a 80 hour week.

4. Really great marketing advice!
   I stumbled on Frankie on a podcast—maybe Niche Pursuits? Regardless, in a sea of BS artists, he “gets it.” I’ve used some of these strategies already independently to gain control of trashcan assets, but this book has my head buzzing with new partnership ideas. Great book!

10. I’ve been in digital marketing space for over 10 years so I’ve around the block a few times. Frankie is probably one of the only people who truly gets it.
