GAB is a Christian version of Facebook to which I switched from Facebook about six years ago, when it was bravely struggling under a massive ban by all the usual dominant suspects.I am happy to say that I got a strong satisfaction from watching it grow.I really admire people like Andrew Torba, its founder. A young man with a young family, quittinga lucrative job in Silicon Valley, moving to rural Pennsylvania, and on a shoestring starting a companywhich would be an internet home for Christians, away from the tyranny of the godless Silicon Valley. He sees GAB not only as an internet communication home for Christians, but as the foundation onwhich to build a new economy based on Christian principles, one that parallels the crumblingcorrupted and dehumanizing economic system in which we live now.In this book, Andrew writes not only about the underlying thinking about the project but also describesthe practical, everyday steps with which we all can participate in its construction.
Amazing prospective of the AI world and what it should be!
Andrew writes from a unique prospective. As someone who is a Christian and developer of AI. If we don’t start seeing AI as the future and understand how it is “taught” by programmers, we will never learn how to teach our children that they should be critical researchers for themselves. Their thinking and reasoning will just become the product of “marketing and mayhem” programming in LLMs and big corp. Andrew is giving us a Christian/AI alternative.
A preview of what’s to come with Artificial Intelligence
A timely exposition on the current state of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a thorough exploration of where humanity can take AI — and AI can take humanity — in the years to come. “Reclaiming Reality” is Recommended Reading.
A Bold, Timely, and Essential Read for Our Age
This is not another book about âwhatâs wrong with the world.â It is a blueprint for action, a guide to reclaiming faith, meaning, and truth in a time when those very things are under attack. What I appreciate most is how the book balances deep intellectual insight with practical application. Torba doesnât just explain the dangers of AI-driven narratives and the collapse of global institutionsâhe provides solutions. He lays out a vision for a parallel Christian society, one that is independent, resilient, and future-focused. Well done!
For thinking people
Critical thinking is not totally, but often dead.People take new ideas without dissecting them and build their belief on not checked bases…AI actions often remind us old saying:GIGO (garbage in, garbage out).Use your brain, not that one of somebody’s…
