  3. Rethinking Cyber Warfare
“Rethinking Cyber Warfare” answers a lot of the questions: little questions, like what exactly are cyberattacks and why are national security officials concerned about them, and big questions, like what will it actually take for governments to reconsider launching them.  It is more colorful and interesting than a typical academic book, while feeling much more authoritative than lot of the others on the topic — which too often feel high-level and light on specifics.

  4. Poorly written, riddled with typos.
The subject matter is interesting, but it’s a slow read. Really does not flow at all. I could have gleaned all of the info from a 30 minute podcast without suffering through more incomplete sentences, grammatical errors, and typos than I’ve seen in other books.

  5. Great book on an important topic
