An eye-opening glimpse into the future
Most of the discussion around the future of tech I come across today seems to be either pessimistic or naive. Balaji’s vision is neither. He offers a wealth of ideas for how emerging technologies will augment our lives and help build collective trust. It is also full of insight on entrepreneurship and investment. Jorgenson has done some exceptional and much-needed work compiling all these perspectives and lessons. Must read!
Great read!
Another great book by Eric Jorgenson. In a world where content is everywhere he has consolidated the great ideas of Balaji in one spot. Highly recommend this and Ericâs first book on Naval.
Eric has done it again
Absolutely love this book. The highest compliment I can pay an author is that their book has a permanent spot on by bedside locker. Can’t wait for his next!
A futuristâs playbook
Alright, let’s talk about this gem of a book, âThe Anthology of Balaji,â crafted by Eric Jorgenson. Picture this: a book thatâs like your GPS to the unknown corners of whatâs coming next in tech and society. Itâs like having a superpower to see around technological corners, and man, does it get the brain gears turning!Central to the whole deal is Balaji Srinivasan. This guyâs brain is a goldmineâheâs been in the trenches as an entrepreneur, seen the highs and lows of investing, and pretty much wears a futuristâs hat like it was made for him. This book is like scoring an all-access pass to a theme park of his thoughts. Weâre talking ideas, predictions, and insights from a dude whoâs constantly ahead of the game. The real kicker about âThe Anthology of Balajiâ? Itâs like a chat with a friend who doesnât just give you the answers but pokes your brain until you start asking the right questions yourself. Itâs not about spoon-feeding you a future thatâs set in stone; itâs more of a nudge to get you to spot the big waves and maybe, just maybe, ride them to your own billion-dollar idea. Or who knows? Start a new country, perhaps?Jorgenson has this way of making you feel like you’re just hanging out with Balaji, diving deep into convo over a coffee, maybe a pizza, as he lays down the law of the land. Itâs chill, but you can tell thereâs genius at play. Heâs taken years of tweets, talks, and texts, mashing them up into a playbook thatâs got both street smarts and book smarts.Hereâs the thing: this book gets how tech isnât just gadgets and gizmosâitâs us, itâs society, itâs where weâre headed. And itâs not about watching from the sidelines; itâs a shout-out to get in the game, to shape whatâs coming, to make the âfutureâ an action word.To wrap it up, âThe Anthology of Balajiâ isnât just something you pick up, read, and put away. Itâs a ride, a spark, a kick in the seat to get moving. You can snag it in paperback, hardcover, or just Kindle it right into your digital library. Whatever your style, just read it. By the end, you wonât just be clued in; youâll be fired up, ready to grab that techy bull by the horns and dance into the future.
Another great book by Eric Jorgenson
Iâve been looking forward to this book release after reading The Almanack of Naval Ravikant: A Guide to Wealth and Happiness and getting so much out of it. His new book: The Anthology of Balaji: A Guide to Technology, Truth, and Building the Future, Eric has put together a collection of the work of Balaji (inspired by and learning from) that leaves you feeling inspired and looking at technology and the future in a new, philosophical way.I am looking forward to my second read through – this book is for anyone who is ready to take the next step in their career and business – in a thoughtful and meaningful way. I highly recommend this as well as his book: The Almanack of Naval Ravikant.Between the two youâll have plenty to think through and the start on a road map to a great future.
The book definitely seems a bit beat up. Supplier should pack it well. It feels like a pirated copy due to the state of the book, I am not sure if it is or not.Print quality seems okay at first glance.
Wisdom.
Read it. Just read it.

Some good points, but reminded me of tilting at windmills
It was free, but I wouldn’t skim it again
