   As a laboratory scientist in the healthcare field, I wear many hats – including working with upper management teams when project or operation changes are needed. I bought this book hoping to improve our team cohesiveness and make our decision making processes more effective. What a complete and relatable introduction to design operations. The authors not only offer many tips, but also encourage readers to customize the material to meet their own needs. It is quite a career and confidence builder. I’ve recommended it to our entire team.
