1. This book takes the beginner to WordPress – or someone like me, who hasn’t used it for years – through the whole process of creating a website with it. Although it is clear, precise and detailed, I managed to read it in a couple of hours. No doubt, I’ll want to come back to it later to check things, but it has left me feeling confident that I can master WordPress without much trouble. I came to the book through the author’s equally good Udemy course on ‘WordPress Gutenberg and Full Site Editing’. Dr Williams is a trained teacher but, far more importantly, he is a talented communicator.
